Some observations:

You have to admire the absolute commitment of being in stilts.

Someone has BYO'd chalk and is having themselves a GRAND time in the city on just about every blank surface they can find.

CC: The Greens.
This is going to confuse some people.

Says 'Kill the bill. Sack Dan'.
Yes, that's a bunch of balloons on a fishing rod acting like a kite. Points for creativity.

Kids & babies everywhere. Everywhere. Starting them young.

Nice to see wheelchairs in the crowd again and how helpful and considerate the crowd are of those attendees.

Flags. So many flags. Melbourne's diverse multiculturalism literally on display.

This is amazing. A small group of ppl, not part of the organisers, are going around offering water & snacks to the crowd because they 'know many attendees can't work/ are struggling & that getting into the city is expensive enough, so is buying water'. Beautiful community spirit.

Say what you will about the protests, they're getting more people in the CBD than the Lord Mayor ever could. There was many a small convenience/takeaway store just about cleaned out of stock today 😂
