I attended the NCA4 SE Regional Engagement Workshop, where they issued a call for volunteers to serve as expert reviewers. I emailed them, and volunteered.

In fact, it was ALREADY too late at the time of the workshop.

The call for volunteers was a sham, just for show. The didn't want volunteers. They wanted the Workshop attendees to THINK it was an open process, but that was just deception.
