While most of you leave with degrees and titles always be aware of the world you that are part of, you cannot remain self centred, don't allow narrow issues to dominate the Nation's thought process this will ultimately hurt our democracy and the progress of our Nation, CJI Ramana

CJI Ramana said, "The primary objection behind the establishment NLU in the Country was to improve the quality of legal education in the country, however, no authoritative study has been conducted to determine whether this has been taken place."

After leaving this this beautiful campus don't get shocked when you see the conditions outside, Court rooms are not like those representated in movies or moot court, cramped court rooms, judges sitting on the broken chairs, stenographers, etc would be a common sight, CJI Ramana.

Always be alive to the harsh reality of the world, particularly in the sufferings of the millions of the people in this country, never compromise you principles, CJI Ramana added.
