The time has come to release our mint page along with the mint date & price for Lifinity Flares!

But first, a thread on what makes us unique 👇

First, the basics.

Lifinity Flares is a set of 10,000 animated NFTs.

A key aspect of our project is that our team will take no profit from the sale. More on this below...

So why are we launching an NFT project?

This is our way of bootstrapping our liquidity pools so we can demonstrate their effectiveness (see linked tweet for more).

Further, the deposited funds will never stop working for NFT holders. 💪

All the SOL raised from the sale of Lifinity Flares will be deposited into our SOL-USDC pool to start (half the SOL will be converted to USDC), and in the future it will be diversified into other pools if this is expected to be more profitable.

Lifinity Flares will generate revenue from royalty fees for secondary sales on NFT marketplaces and from trading fees (+ impermanent gain 😉 IYKYK). How will this revenue be used?

Half will be used to buy back Lifinity Flares on NFT marketplaces off of the floor.

The other half will be reinvested into liquidity pools to generate even more revenue for buybacks!

In addition to buying back Lifinity Flares with revenue, if the floor price ever falls below 50% of the mint price, we will buy all Lifinity Flares below that price using the pooled funds.

Since we will always have enough funds to make these purchases, this effectively sets a permanent floor price that Lifinity Flares cannot fall below. 💪

As if that wasn’t enough utility, Lifinity Flare holders will be airdropped 1% of the supply of LFNTY, Lifinity’s governance token. 🤩

Not only will all revenue generated directly benefit NFT holders, but they will also become stakeholders in Lifinity! 🤝

Finally, here is the mint date/time + other items on our roadmap.

The mint price will be 1.5 SOL.

The mint will be open for 48 hours, and any unsold Lifinity Flares will be burnt. 🔥
