To my knowledge, this is the only footage we have of Kerik in Rudy's war room.

Kerik is OK with the protestors outside the Capitol. [Because the legal team wants them there.]

This was a real challenge to find.

So let's further analyze this. Other than Kerik, who else was a part of the War Room?

John Eastman.

As Kerik was downplaying the violence on MAGA TV, what did Eastman do?

John Eastman wrote Pence aide Greg Jacob an email that said:

“The ‘siege’ is because YOU and your boss did not do what was necessary to allow this to be aired in a public way so that the American people can see for themselves what happened.”

So as Kerik was downplaying the mob's violence so the mob could stay at the Capitol longer...

Eastman was using the violence that was happening as a pressure tactic.

According to Eastman: if only Pence had sent it back to the states, the siege would not have happened.

So when Pence would have sent it back to the States, what did Trump, Navarro and Bannon plan for to happen?

This:

They would send the Navarro Report to every state lawmaker in the country as a cover for GOP legislators to overturn the election.

Did these GOP lawmakers know what was going to be asked of them?

Yes, because exactly one year ago today, Donald J Trump coerced these people to do so, when the moment was there, on a massive Zoom call with nearly 300 GOP state lawmakers.

To be clear, this is what Trump had told them on January 2nd, 2021.

So for this to happen, the mob was the final tactic to pressure Pence into doing something he clearly stated he did not want to do in a letter released 1-6-21.

So what did Trump do to stop that mob?

That's right: nothing.

So let me now state why this find is important.

First, although Jason, the original poster has a large and verified account, this particular post was not widely seen:

This clip was not among the materials Bernard Kerik would have provided the committee under his subpoena.

So unless the @January6thCmte subpoenaed Newsmax too, they wouldn't have gotten it if Newsmax even still had it in their archive.

It shows Kerik was physically present in the War Room 1-6-2021. An undisputable fact that can't be denied by others.

But most importantly, it tells the story what the strategy of team Giuliani was in real time on 1-6-2021 and how it matches with what Trump wanted: a continued occupation of the Capitol.

UPDATE! Not only did Bernard Kerik do a live interview on 1-6-21 as the Capitol attack was ongoing, Rudy Giuliani also made statements live on air.
