Virginia Marie “Jenny” Spencer will be sentenced by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly at 10 a.m. on Friday. The feds have asked for three months of incarceration for Spencer, who (along with her Chris Spencer) brought their 14-year-old child into the Capitol.
