1. The Best Equipment You Can Ever Buy is the Equipment You Can Afford.
2. Invest in Photography Education than New Equipments. Use your Existing Equipment to its fullest.
3. The Camera Catalogue inside the Camera Box is like a Holy Grail which 99.99% chose to ignore. Read it.
4. Experience is Everything, Try to Shoot Different Genres Each Month and by Year End you will have Experience in 12 Photography Genres.
5. YouTube Teaching is a Myth. There are Millions of Views in Each Photography Videos. Do we have millions of Great Photographers ?
6. Don't be Platform dependent. I started with Film, Webshotps 2000, Flickr 2005, Orkut 2006, Facebook 2010, Instagram 2014, Twitter. Platforms come and go, Shoot for conveying the story and not for Platform.
7. Don't Shoot For Apps and it's Aspect Ratios.Shoot to convey story
8. Never Run Behind Likes and Followers. The moment you enter this Rat Race. You loose your artistic focus.
9. Don't compare your Photography with other Photographers. What Works for you may not work for them
10. Videos Are The Future.Learn to Shoot,Edit ,Color Grade Videos
11. Cellphones are for occasional Photography. Just coz it shoots doesn't mean you use it as Primary Photography Equipment. Carry Camera, Lenses, Tripod, Bags. Walk , Run and Sweat. Enjoy the Pain and the Process.
12. Never Quit your Existing Job for Photography in Current Era.
13. Print Your Photographs. There's a Whole Process Involved than just seeing Photos in your AMOLED Backlit Phones.
14. Don't Post everything you Shoot. Post 10 Photos out of 1000 Shots. Have a set of close friends to share and scrutinize your work. Let them be your critique
15. Edit in Your PC and not in your Mobile. Don't be Filter Dependent or App Dependent. Learn the Art of Photo Processing.
16. Once in a Year.Shoot in Film.Source a Film Camera, Source a 35 MM Film Roll, Hunt for a Film Printing Lab, Print & see it in your hands. It's Wonderful
17. Showcase Your Photographs to Fellow Photographers through Prints. The moment you showcase your works on Print. They Know You Are Serious about your Work.
18. Make Behind The Scene Photos and Videos. It may be of help if your Photos Become popular at some point of time.
19. Stop Arguing online about Gear and Stuff. It will only yourself deeper and you will care more about Dynamic Ratio than Framing.
20. Use a Tripod for all Shots. Period
