How the @dallascowboys got into the #NFLPlayoffs π½
After an injury-riddled season, the Cowboys got @dak back and put together an all-pro defensive duo no one saw coming, leading them back to the postseason. πͺ
Dallas bounced back from a #Kickoff2021 loss in Week 2 at SoFi Stadium in a gritty game vs. the Chargers. Greg (the leg) Zuerlein hit a 56-yarder as time expired to get the βBoys in the win column.
Dallas rallied six straight wins from Weeks 2-8. @TrevonDiggs had at least one INT in all of the Cowboys first seven games.
In that stretch, Dallas played in one of the games of the year - when Dak and @_CeeDeeThree walked it off in OT at New England.
The Cowboys even got it done without Dak on Sunday Night Football against the Vikings.
@rush_cooper made the most of his opportunity, throwing a game winning TD to @AmariCooper9 with under a minute left.
The defense helped Dallas rebound after a close loss on Thanksgiving.
Dan Quinnβs unit had FOUR interceptions against the Saints, including a pick-six. @MicahhParson11 was all over the field like he usually is. π¦
The Cowboys went undefeated in December and ultimately won five of their last six, clinching the NFC East in Week 15.
The offense turned it on. Is two 50 πs in three games good?
The @MicahhParsons11 and @TrevonDiggs duo was one of the best this season. Diggs led the league with 11 interceptions, the most by any player since 1981. Parsons' 13 sacks were just two away from breaking the rookie single season record. π€
On Sunday, the Cowboys renew an old playoff rivalry with the @49ers.
Stars all over the field on both teams. CANNOT WAIT. π
