Weak pull-ups on the @siliconlabs EFM8UB2 were sufficient so the pull-up resistors were not needed.
The iconic red body with white rocker DIP switch appears only to be made by @Grayhill_Inc. It's their Series 76 switch and a bit hard to find lately.
And credit again goes to @NanoRaptor for the inspiration!
