It took two jumps for #TeamTTO's Kelsey Daniel to drop some Tobago heat and stamp his name on the @NMJCTbirds record books, setting a NMJC #SR of 7.74m (25'4 ¾") at last weekend's Corky Classic in Lubbock, TX
Daniel finished 4th in Friday's Red Raider Open in 7.47m

@NMJCTbirds At the Red Raider Open Men's 400m Finals Kentucky senior Dwight St Hillaire led the way in a time of 46.11
St Hillaire would then return with @UKAthletics -A and open for Brian Faust, Jacob Smith & Kennedy Lightner to win with a time of 3:06.86—which is 8th on the UK record books

Also at the Red Raider Open in the Men's 60mH, Justin Guy [South Plains @spctexans] was 9th in 8.09 and narrowly missed out on the event final
Barton County CC freshman Marcus Purcell was 34th in the men's 60m in a time of 7.13

On the women's side, Rae-Anne Serville [SJCPOS, Memphis, USC] was 14th in the 400m with a time of 55.64

In the Women's 600yd final, Camille Lewis [South Plains] won Section 3 in 1:26.66 and ran 10th overall
Lewis is 8th in the NJCAA for the 600m

At last week's Corky Classic 60mH in Lubbock, Texas, New Mexico JC's Che Saunders [Bishop's HS, Kaizen Panthers] ran 15th in 8.45

At the Samford Invitational, held in the Birmingham Crossplex Friday in Birmingham, Alabama, former @AlabamaTrack All-American @RuebinWalters blasted to a 7.79 in the 60mH
The time is a #TeamTTO sprint hurdles lead and #34th on the world list

Ayla Stanisclaus [Scarborough Sec, RSS Phoenix, Alabama] missed Friday's Samford Invite 60m final by the slimest margin, placing 9th in the prelim in a time of 7.69

At the Carolina Challenge Eric Harrison Jr [@StJohnsCHS Ohio State] stormed to a 6.73 (just a hair off his PB) in the 60m final, trimming a tenth off his qualifying time of 6.83 and backed it up with another strong podium, running 21.16 in the 200m final for silver

At the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in Iowa City Naomi Campbell [PFNJ, Purdue] set a new PB of 7.68 en route to a 13th place finish in the 60m
Campbell would also post a 25.37 9th in the 200m final
At the same event, Ianna Roach [Iowa] threw 14.20m to finish 8th in the Shot Put

At the JD Martin in Norman, Oklahoma [Kaizen, UAPB] multisport athlete Franklyn Stanislaus had a complete shakedown with:
6th in the 60H (8.45)
7th 60H prelim (8.62)
3rd in the 4x400 (3:26.85)
8th in the Long Jump (6.24m)
and 11th in the Shot Put (10.75m)

At the NAIA/Juco Invitational in Pittsburg, Kansas, Memphis Pioneers' most recent export, Aarin Simon opened his collegiate career at University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma with a 2:00.93 run in the 800m for 8th place

At the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg, VA Tamia Badal [Concordia/Colorado/UCF] was close to PB form placing 2nd in the 60mH Prelim Heat#3 in a time of 8.60
She ran 8.62 in the final to cop 7th
Badal would then run 41.48 in Section 7 of the 300m final for 20th place

At the Vanderbilt Invitational Iantha Wright [Falcons, Life] tickled her PB in the 60m prelims with a third-fastest 7.53. She then smashed a new PR with a 7.47 to take bronze. Wright then grabbed 6th in the 200m with another PB time of 24.35, also for bronze

Jalen Purcell had a strong performance at the Dr MLK Jr Collegiate Invitational in Albuquerque NM in the 60m where he ran 6.77 in his season debut for West Texas A&M to finish 3rd
The performance shot Purcell to 11th on the DII quals and #3 on the #TeamTTO #TopList @WTAMUTrackXC

Red Raider Open Men's 200m B-Section finals, Timothy Frederick [Simplex, New Mexico JC] ran 22.27 to lead Section #6 but would place 13th overall for the @NMJCTbirds

Northwest Missouri State @bearcatsports played host to the Northwest Open at the Hughes Fieldhouse on Saturday, and recent transfer Aaron Brewster made sure his name was calling, with a 6.94 run into third
Brewster is 5th on the #TeamTTO 60m #TopList

Another transfer was in action for his new school, as Clement Campbell was at home for Pittsburgh's Nittany Lion Challenge
Campbell ran a new 60m PB of 6.94 in the prelim and 7.00 to finish 7th in the final
However, Campbell never got in a mark, as he fouled all three in the TJ

At the Bellarmine Open in Louisville KY, Bishops High/Kaizen Panthers and Union KY multisport athlete Jamellia Potts threw 11.85m on her second-to-last attempt to win the women's Shot Put

Dr MLK Jr Collegiate Invitational Women's 60m Finals Jenea Spinks [California] ran a third-place 7.47, which was a tenth of a second better than her opening round run and puts the Concorde/Holy Name Convent sprinter into the #TeamTTO #TopList top three @CalTFXC

Vanderbilt Invitational Anya Akili [Kaizen, Tennessee Tech] did not start the final event of the Women's Pentathlon which resulted in her not recording a score
However, Akili had several top-10 placings on the day:
6th 60mH (9.36, 836pts)
8th Shot Put (8.72m, 446pts)

Michigan Invitational in Ann Arbor MI, Alisha St Louis [Eastern Michigan] senior had a series of 10.69m, 11.04m, 10.70m to record a tenth place in the Triple Jump

Notre Dame Invitational Men's 60m, DePaul freshman Dominic Cole [QRC, Abilene] opened with a 2nd best prelim time of 6.98 but Cole would not start the final
However, he would contest the 200m less than 2hrs later. Cole was 2nd in Section4 in a time of 23.10 for 12th @DePaulXCTF

At the @CycloneTrackXC Cyclone Open on Saturday, Akilah Lewis [BAHS, Concorde, Minnesota] repeated her 7.36 PB from a week before to slot into second in a Gopher 60m podium sweep with Amira Young (7.33) & Odell Frye (7.43) >>>
