At a virtual event hosted in DC on January 26th to coincide with India's Republic Day, #HamidAnsari, together with a US Senator and three US House of Representatives, attacked India's efforts to preserve the pluralistic ideals of its constitution. 1/22

Former Vice-President #HamidAnsari's remarks on the "rise of cultural nationalism" and "intolerance" in India during the virtual event ended up drawing a strong rebuke from Indians and experts all over the world. 2/22

This isn't the first time that #HamidAnsari has polarised Indians. In an interview with Rajya Sabha TV on Aug 9, 2017, he had said, "Yes, that (the Muslim community is feeling apprehensive) is a correct assessment", prompting criticism & condemnation. 3/22

PM Modi responded at his farewell stating, “There may have been some struggle within you but from now onwards, you won't have to face this dilemma. You will have a feeling of freedom and you will get an opportunity to work, think and talk according to your basic ideology”. 4/22

#HamidAnsari was a Communist Party of India (Marxist) candidate for Vice-President backed by Congress lead UPA. He is called an “Al Taqiyya” version of his jihadi-extremist nephew Muqtar Ansari who is well known for his alleged criminal activities. bit.ly/3KQvggB 5/22

#HamidAnsari joined the Indian Foreign Services in 1961. During his 38-year diplomatic career, he was the Indian Ambassador to Australia, Afghanistan, Iran and Saudi Arabia. He was also the permanent representative of India for the United Nations from 1993 to 1995. 6/22

As per former R&AW officer @rawnksood, #HamidAnsari worked contrary to India's national interests as the Indian ambassador to Iran and “played a crucial role in exposing RAW set-up in Tehran endangering lives of RAW unit members” bit.ly/3s0Lc7g 7/22

@rawnksood, also states that “Embassy officials n diplomats were regularly picked up n harassed” during #HamidAnsari’s tenure in Iran. A statement many Indian officers from that time have corroborated. 8/22

In May 91, when officer Sandeep Kapoor was kidnapped by SAVAK (Iranian Intelligence Agency) in Tehran. #HamidAnsari informed @MEA that Kapoor's alleged illegal activities led to his arrest, however he never mentioned SAVAK's role in the arrest. 9/22

#HamidAnsari was also linked with the arrest of R&AW’s station chief, D.B. Mathur, when he informed Ansari of Qom’s unlawful activities engaging Kashmiri youth in arms training. Ansari cared zilch about Indian interests, rather on the contrary, he informed Iranian officials.10/22

#HamidAnsari supports AIMPLB's proposal to set up Sharia courts in all Indian districts. Contradicting Article 44 of the Constitution, which states that the state shall endeavour to secure a Uniform Civil Code for the citizens throughout the territory of India.” 11/22

#HamidAnsari has also been spotted in a programme organised by the dubious radical Islamist organisation, Popular Front of India (PFI) which has been accused of fanning communal divides and planning a series of terrorist attacks at various places in India. 12/22

HamidAnsari was also seen cheerleading for Islamists at India's Aligarh Muslim University for placing a portrait of M.A. Jinnah, who propagated that Hindus and Muslims cannot co-exist in the same country and founded #Pakistan. Ansari called its criticism a "non-sense issue" 13/22

Yesterday, #HamidAnsari made his acidic remarks on India’s efforts to safeguard its pluralistic values at a platform which was hosted by Amnesty International (USA), Genocide Watch, Hindus for Human Rights and Indian American Muslim Council. 14/22

Amnesty International has long been under investigation in India for alleged money laundering and intelligence gathering. The group is well-known for falsifying information and aiding terrorist organisations in order to destabilise India. 15/22

Gregory Stanton, the founder of Genocide Watch, is suspected of having ties to Pakistan's infamous intelligence agency, the ISI, as well as a track record of backing Palestinian terror groups like Hamas, which share the same office building as Genocide Watch. 16/22

Moreover Gregory Stanton, who bizarrely enough has credited himself for predicting the Rwandan genocide, could never predict the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, Malabar Genocide, Noakhali Genocide, and Godhra Genocide. 17/22

Hindus for Human Rights is a propaganda organisation headquartered in the United States that works as part of the anti-India nexus in the US to dehumanise Hindus and justify their genocides in order to weaken the US-India alliance and friendship. 18/22

By posing as a Hindu rights org, Hindus for Human Rights employs deception and manipulation to further its aim of instilling hatred against Hindus globally. HHR is an active part of anti-Hindu events, e.g. the failed Dismantling Global Hindutva conference of Sept'21. 19/22

The Indian American Muslim Council (IAMC) is a well-known propaganda organisation with a proven record for being funded by the Pakistani deep state, radical Islamist outfits like Jamaat and Tablighi groups, which promote an Anti-Hindu and Hindumisic discourse. 20/22

The Indian American Muslim Council's (IAMC) networks are not just confined to advocacy work, but also reach out to globally designated terrorist groups, including LeT and JuD, which were responsible for the Mumbai terrorist attacks on November 26, 2008. 21/22

Moving past petty, driven & ill-informed viewpoints of #HamidAnsari, it is significant in and of itself when an Indian ex-vice president, a man of God, and a local artist openly flaunt links to aforementioned platforms; which is a matter that warrants serious examination. 22/22
