Samples from a Fire Risk Assessment were submitted via DMs in confidence, all of these examples are from one three-storey block of 12 apartments less than 3 years old.
And a different building, you don’t need to be an expert to see that this is simply wrong. You do need to be an expert to decide on whether these meet regulations or not.
