This Russian owned yacht named "Ragnar", was ransacked by the Norwegian Coast Guard, Police and Customs earlier today.
It's owned by former KGB officier Vladimir Strzhalkovsky ; who is an old friend of Vladimir Putin.
It looks like a boat used for cutting fiber cables. 1/3
"Ragnar" more in detail. Should be perfect for using ROVs, mini subs, and divers from it up in the High North. ragnaryacht.com.
More about this yacht and it's owner. Fiber cables have been cut between the Norwegian mainland and the Norwegian territory of Svalbard which is way up North. I have a sneaking feeling that this vessel has been involved. dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-…
A big military exercise up North is just around the corner : forsvaret.no/en/news/articl…
This is a very recent article on what's happened so far. It's written in NORWEGIAN : nrk.no/nordland/forsv…
"Ragnar" is equipped with at least one submarine.
"Ragnar".
The Russian super-duper secret sub AS-21 "Losharik". It's that secret that it's not even a part of the Russian Navy, but is operated by GUGI = Main Directorate of Deep-Sea Research. AS-21 had a nuclear accident and is out of service. forbes.com/sites/hisutton…

When I wrote this, I should have used the word "borded" or "searched" instead of the quasi-Norwegian-English word "ransacked". Sorry for that; but I'm quite sure most of you understood what I meant.
"Ragnar" is still in the harbor of Narvik. Coast Guard ship "Heimdal" is watching it.
