This simple productivity hack is very powerful and can greatly triple your productivity by preventing access to your phone for some certain period of time.

How to setup? Let go with that.

You would see this page after installing the app.

Click on settings and turn on the accessibility settings.

Now this is the interface. But do this first... click on the menu icon at the top right.

Click on settings and go to the next page

Click on password protection and set your desired password. Make app unable to be uninstalled too. On the password page, create a 15 digit password using a password generator and save the password somewhere. You can send the password to a friend or anything but don't be with it

You know when you dont know the password, it will be hard to bypass the app.

This is very important. Use online password generator and send the password to someone you trust won't tell you the password unless important.

This is how to be more disciplined!!

Now, click on focus mode and set the time and app that will be accessible at that time.

First click on the plus icon to add apps and sites that you want to prevent access to.

You see the beauty? You can set work time and break time for you to be more productive with the focus mode

You can add applications, websites and anything. You can prevent access to porn sites or adult content and you can also prevent access to gambling sites and others. You can lock your WhatsApp or any kind of app that distracts you.
