Nuland says that the US is concerned with the willingness of the Russian forces to get control of the US bio laboratories and works w/ Ukrainians on the prevention of their falling into the Russian hands.
I’m concerned with what kind of bio/virus weapons the US is working on. And what for the US is planting hell of Pentagon biolaboratories all around the globe. And in Ukraine and Georgia in particular.
Russia was frequently blamed for spreading conspiracy theories when it was expressing its concerns regarding the US biolabs. So that was not a conspiracy theory. Ukraine seeking nuclear status is no longer a conspiracy theory too.
The US harsh reaction on Russia’s invasion is predetermined not only by money Washington has lost because of Russia’s military operation, but by the fear that many things will get revealed. Look at Nuland’s body language. It tells everything.

The work was paid by the Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) — a combat support agency within the United States Department of Defense.
