and 272, p.1 ("Organization of mass disorders") against #AINIYAZOV Kuanysh following his complaint filed with the Prosecutor's Office of Zhambyl region on the facts of torture he was subjected to by police officers.

At the present moment, Kuanysh is detained in the pre-trial detention facility #13. He is at risk of being sentenced to a long deprivation of liberty and up to life imprisonment.

On 16 January Kuanysh filed a complaint on the facts of torture inflicted on him by the above mentioned employees with the Prosecutor's Office. In revenge, police officers have fabricated a criminal case against Kuanysh.

Also, Kuanysh's son gave a ride to 3 young boys- his acquaintances who later gave false testimonies dictated by police officers under pressure and threats to face criminal prosecution against him.
