There are also plans for the house: 3 floors with ceilings over 3 meters, a roof-terrace, 10 dressing rooms, a dining room of 100 m2, a staff room and even a home elevator. This house costs 3 million dollars
Otherwise perfect plans if it wasn’t for a tiny detail: land perimeter is 1422 m2, and projected house is 1032 m2. The law states size of a projected house should not exceed 300 m2. So for an ordinary person, this would be an insurmountable obstacle. But not for this family.
Sochi officials consulted and decided: ALLOWED FOR CONSTRUCTION. Because that’s the way of this family: no matter what you do be sure it’s in violation of Russian laws. We proved it a long time ago; and I'm glad the Sochi officials kindly provided us with yet another example.

So, my dear friends, every time you see another trash video with Simonyan or Keosoyan, remember that folks have huge expenses, construction’s under way, so they are spinning as best they can. It’s their moment. There won’t be another opportunity to make that much money.
