A QAnon group named the People’s Bureau of Investigation are with the People’s Convoy near DC.
The group believes Donald Trump gave them coded instructions on how to reinstall him as President, has issued a warrant to arrest Joe Biden, and calls for “enemies” to be executed.
The convoy leaders claim their movement isn’t political, but they are hosting an anti-government QAnon group at the speedway.

The group’s website calls for “a citizen’s arrest of Joseph Biden” for “crimes” because “not a law enforcement agency in this country is willing to do their jobs.”
The group’s “Declaration of Independence 2020” document calls for law enforcement or the military to hand Joe Biden over to them or to publicly broadcast the arrest through the media.
The People’s Bureau of Investigation group believes that have abolished the US Government through a series of documents they have delivered and read on the Capitol steps.
They also believe they have appointed Trump as President of the country.
The PBI wants the military to immediately arrest and / or execute the “enemies” listed in their declaration.
Their lists of enemies include “the Vatican,” and “operatives in the media, government, and society.”

A massive amount of those attending the convoy have signed the documents calling for “the abolishment of the federal government” and the arrest of Joe Biden.
They made a manifesto video prior to arriving in DC…
