How did Dr.Kieran Moore pocket a full salary for a position he assumed mid yr? This should scream conflict of interest. @ON_Integrity

In 2014 we had to work the year to earn a yr's salary. At some point the fuckery has got to stop.

CEOs who know they'll be rewarded for performance do tend to perform at a higher level because they have an incentive to work hard. Performance can be gauged by any number of things such as profit or revenue growth, return on equity, or share price appreciation.

CEO's of all sectors, especially in public sector delivery should be capped at increases reflective of current wages. And it should decrease when staffing reach crisis lvls.
