1. Neo-Nazi Kevin Goudreau has been active since at least 1993 and who was a frequent subject on ARC, is alleged to have threatened his LGBTQ+ neighbours.
Goudreau founded (and is the only known member) of the Canadian Nationalist Front, formerly the White Nationalist Front.
2. The allegations are horrific. Board member Richard Warman listened to a recording and filed the following complaint on behalf of the couple who subsequently moved.
3. In December 2021, Goudreau posted the following on his Telegram page which also supported the killing of members of the LGBTQ+ community.
4. And a day after the incident is alleged to have taken place, Goudreau posted this missive directed, in large part, towards the LGBTQ+ community and included an anti-Semitic dog whistle, the triple parentheses.
5. Kevin Goudreau has been making these types of threats for years but as Richard notes, despite what looks to be clear examples of racist threats, intimidation, and counselling hate motivated violence, to our knowledge he has yet to be charged in any of these instances.
6. And when I write he has been doing this for years, that is no exaggeration.

7. In 2010 Goudreau made a number of threats, including one directed at ARC (I would not be publicly known until January 2020) that he recorded on a webcam and uploaded to social media.
The video quality is poor.
8. Also in 2010 he made a number of even more explicit threats.
9. In 2012 he posted these threats on Twitter and Facebook.
10. In 2013 Goudreau again threatened to kill the then unknown writer of ARC as well as my family members.
11. In another 2013 video, Goudreau implies the killing of non-European Canadians would take place.
12. He was even more explicit in a 2014 video.
13. In 2017 he made threats directed at the Muslim community in general and Liberal MP @iamIqraKhalid specifically.
14. In this 2017 video, he threatens other members of the far-right who he claims have crossed him (contains a lot of homophobic language).
15. More threats of violent retribution are made here in another 2017 video.
16. In 2018 a rally that he was planning on participating in was shut down in large part because of his plans to participate in it.
In this he threatens one of the people he blames for the event's cancellation.
17. Now, this might seem like a lot.
This is only a tiny fraction of what I have collected over the years.
Have these and other instance been reported to the police?
Repeatedly.
Seemingly nothing.
18. I think the best way to explain that is by providing this example.
In 2019, Goudreau posted messages that called for the "lone wolf" targeting perceived enemies including the writers of ARC (myself but still unknown), members of @antihateca, media and other enemies.
19. Clear cut case of counselling violence one might think. Board member Richard Warman certainly thought so. As such he filed a report with the @PtboPolice

20. So @antihateca decided to apply for a peace bond.
Goudreau was dismissive probably in large part because he had been allowed to get away with these kinds of threats for so long.
In the end, life comes at you hard.
22. It isn't as if the police aren't familiar with Goudreau or that his threats of violence aren't simply bluster.
In 2016, he was arrested and charged with assault, something he would later brag about online.
23. In reality, he sucker punched a pub employee and ran away.
24. And as it turned out he was also known to other pubs, bars, and restaurants in the area.
26. When I reported on this back in 2016, Goudreau, again, threatened the writer of ARC.
26. It is interesting however that, since my identity has become known to Kevin I haven't received any direct threats.
I can't imagine why?
27. But while I can joke about this, I am under no illusion that Kevin Goudreau isn't a significant threat to the community.
While he might not attack someone bigger and stronger than he directly, we have seen that he will sucker punch someone and run away.
28. And because Kevin Goudreau is ultimately a coward, will he willingly harm someone smaller than him -- be that person a man, a woman, or a child -- if he thought he would get away with it?
Or would he use a weapon?
29. Make no mistake, despite being the obviously clownish figure that he is, Kevin Goudreau is dangerous. There is nearly 30 years of proof of that.
30. Why should the community have to wait years, even decades, before this person who has long attempted to intimidate and threaten other, actually face real consequences for his actions?
