We've DOUBLED cases in arond 3 weeks
Not crazy growth... but definitely growing.
POSITIVITY
We're now two weeks over 5%
Seeing steady growth here.
HOSPITALIZATIONS
Creeping back up slowly.
(also... keep in mind... this has become a very TRICKY dataset... LOW % of hospuitals now reporting + patients admitted WITH/DUE to COVID)
So... what's it all mean?
We're in the midst of another SPRING wave.
Last two ended in early May. Ideally we start to come down again soon.
Hard to say what it's doing to patient counts, but seems far from overwhelming right now
Bottom line
Yeah, you're likely seeing more people you know get sick.
It's following similar past patterns.
Not a big concern right now. But worth watching.
