The @CPAC gathering in Budapest is a major event. MAJOR.
The largest group within the MAGA movement and Media Complex has gone to Budapest to make an authoritarian declaration. Their battle cry is freedom but it is spoken in a venomous, deadly, doublespeak aimed at democracy
2/ It is aimed at toppling the “Regime”. This is the code word. It spews forth seamlessly on @TuckerCarlson and @IngrahamAngle every night. @JDVance1, the Silicon Con and opioid hustler is a disciple of this radical idiocy as well. All of these people routinely lie
3/ and desecrate the bindings, ties and union of the American people with outrageous conspiracies, smears and divisions. These include both the lies that fed the 1/6 conspiracy to end democracy, and the conspiracy itself. More sickeningly they are all singing from a hymnal of
4/ radical division and grievance that is turning violent as the REPLACEMENT rhetoric and poison yields to the inevitability of action by the committed. By the way, not every 18 year old Nazi is sick. This holds true for every Nazi and violent extremist who ever lived.
5/ Maybe they are just evil. When evil words reach evil people with access to powerful weaponry that is built for industrial grade killing the magic can truly happen. The magic of course isn’t the killing. It’s the amnesia the killing produces in American society around what
6/ caused it. That’s what we don’t want to face, because when we start peeling back that onion 🧅 we will find a cesspool of self interest and self dealing that protects a growing and creeping extremism as normal to maintain symmetry at book parties in the Federal Capitol.
7/ This transactional culture, which drives the “Conflict Media,” imposes on the whole of society, the consequences of a partnership that looks the other way about meaningful things to be the first to report nonsensical things that matter not.
8/ This helps fuel intolerable corruption, incompetence, malice and contempt because the pretenses toward “balance” are so powerful, they obliterate the bearings that ground truth, common sense and reality.
9/ Why is the largest faction of the Republican Party in Budapest cheering a Hungarian Prime Minister who is promising to help tear down our American institutions? Why are they cheering a man who is Putin’s EU shill? Why are they cheering his antisemitism and assaults on press
10/ academic, and political freedoms? Why are they cheering Replacement Theory and his Blood and Soil Nationalism? This is a portal we are passing through and it requires the ability to see it as it is happening. It is happening. @CPAC is in Budapest. That is a very big deal.
11/ @mschlapp and @mercedesschlapp are to @cpac what Wayne LaPierre is to the NRA, all DC parasites, feeding on membership organizations like hungry Gypsy Moths, rapacious hustlers and frauds, who carry the stench of death and violence that is a mark of our Purtrified politics.
