1. The combination of vaccination plus previous infection provided stronger protection than either alone.

2. Vaccination alone, more than six months prior, with no booster, provided no detectable reduction in risk of subsequent mild symptomatic infection by an Omicron strain.

3. Either vaccination with a recent booster or previous infection reduced risk of subsequent mild symptomatic infection by an Omicron strain by about 50%.
