If you’re an engineering graduate or good at mathematics, start learning to code. Learn Python or Java, or MATLAB. Either explore & dig deeper into Data Science/Data Analysis, or web development. That’s the future. To learn, go to Udemy or Coursera and start a free course. (2/N)

If you're a mechanical/civil or architecture student, learn AutoCAD, Pro E, or Solid Works. Foreign companies pay a lot on remote jobs on these software. Use YouTube, Coursera, Edx and Udemy. Search for free courses and start learning. (3/N)

If you’re allergic to mathematics but are creative and have a knack for designing; go towards video editing, or graphics designing. Everything you see on internet has either a video or graphics. The skill is highly in demand. You can also dig into UI/UX design. (4/N)

Again, go to Udemy/Coursera for UI/UX design. If you're planning to become a graphic designer, search for GFX Mentor on YouTube. Learn Adobe Photoshop for free. Numerous other sub-niches related to video editing and graphics editing are there. Explore, choose, and learn. (5/N)

If you're not into graphics & have interest in words; go for copywriting. It's far better and well paying than content writing which pays peanuts. It has further sub-niches: email copywriting, ad copy, sales copy, web copy, and so on. Choose one sub-niches and master it. (6/N)

After you've chosen a skill, be steadfast. Download related books from pdfdrive.net free of cost. Search YouTube lectures. Go to Udemy, Edx, Coursera and so on. Search for free courses. Learn. Master it. Practice, and build portfolio. (7/N)

In parallel, make freelancing accounts on Upwork, Fiverr, PeopleperHour, and LinkedIn. In addition, prepare a portfolio of whatever you practice. (8/N)

Make separate work accounts on Facebook and Twitter. Follow all like minded people and get professional guidance from them. Join relevant groups on Facebook. Follow masters on Twitter. You might grab your first client there. (9/N)

After you've learned and mastered the skill (will take at least 6 months), go and hunt clients on Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn. But before that, learn how to use these freelancing websites effectively. Again, YouTube will rescue you. (8/N)
