Judge Azcarate granted Johnny Depp's Motion for an Independent Mental Examination (IME) of Amber Heard. Dr. Curry performed that mental health examination & diagnosed Ms. Heard with a combination of borderline personality disorder & histrionic personality disorder.

Once again, Amber Heard opened Pandora's Box, it's apparent in the opening of the Memorandum, Johnny Depp had no intention of seeking an IME, until Amber Heard gave notice of Dr. Hughes examination of her & intention to testify as a clinical & forensic psychologist, to IPV, PTSD.
Observation: Amber Heard's allegations are formulaic. While the location & details may change to a degree, the allegations always seem to include some variation of these, him throwing 'Magnum' bottles, pulling her hair, shoving her onto the floor or bed.
Amber Heard contends Mr. Depp has "mood disorders, substance use disorders, volatility, paranoia, temper, aggressive & destructive tendencies, delusional, irrational & incoherent ideations...." If he did have all of these, he wouldn't be formulaic in his alleged actions.
🤣Amber Heard literally is both unintelligent & incapable of telling the truth, even when it is something that is irrelevant. She tells numerous lies, all of which can be easily refuted w/ evidence & a Google search, even her own Instagram account.
During the US trial Dr. Kipper was a fact witness, a portion of his deposition was shown, b/ in this 2019 hearing transcript Mr. Chew notes he witnessed 'violence b/n the couple...[the] violence was initiated by Ms. Heard...Mr. Depp did not...respond physically to that violence.
Amber Heard made false allegations. If she was a genuine abuse victim, she wouldn't have objected to Johnny Depp's request to produce 'communications regarding the Depp/Heard relationship w/in 1 week of any date on which Ms. Heard claims she suffered violent abuse.'
Amber Heard was in contempt of court when she refused to turn over her digital devices for forensic examination; her forensic analysts used unlicensed/not updated decade old software that corrupted the data & here she was refusing to turn over native photos/videos w/ metadata.
Amber Heard manipulated/faked her evidence photos, as Bryan Neumeister stated in a 2022 declaration & in his testimony during the trial. Amber Heard refused to turn over her digital devices for examination even when court ordered by Judge Azcarate, because it was all a hoax.
