As usual, let's start the #BetterCallSaul ep 611 "Breaking Bad" thread with: The Board.
All the writers talked over the beats of the episode & I distilled the scenes as much as possible into these index cards. Some are stacked because I wrote too many cards & ran out of room.
The original location where #BreakingBad 208 shot Saul at the grave doesn't exist anymore, so for #BetterCallSaul 611 we found the field you see in daytime pic & plowed it over to look like the nighttime shots. And how great was @mrbobodenkirk going classic Saul Goodman?!?
We were scheduled to shoot 611 late in 2021, but because of actor schedules I had to write the RV scene much earlier, & our crew had to build it! That's ace Production Designer Denise Pizzini giving @petergould @smadadp & me a work-in-progress tour mid-April 2021. #BetterCallSaul
Only a day later they started filling the RV with props. Can't stress enough how amazing the crew is to pull this together so fast. #BetterCallSaul 611
Meanwhile, elsewhere on the stage, Vince Gilligan was busy shooting the script I co-wrote with @arielslevine, "Carrot and Stick." #BetterCallSaul
