WHY PRESERVE HISTORY TO PROTECT FUTURE

Similarly, Prof @tanuja_kothiyal (invokes the incorrect Rathore lore) states that the 13th century Rao Siha was first Rathore in Marwar.
Cannot blame her, but she should have known research suggests Rathore is apabhramsa of Sanskrit Rashtrakut & older inscriptions exist. 2/9
Here, Prof @tanuja_kothiyal, speculates that lord Pabuji Rathore was of "mixed-caste" origin ie his mother was non-rajput. Any empirical proofs? None.
This is how Sociology/Social history empowers people to overrule historical evidences/facts & promote random speculations. 3/9
Another eg. "leftist"historians from Bhandarkar to BDC, speculate that Pratihāra rajputs of Kannauj might be of Gujar origins.
What they missed: 1) No Pratihāras of Kannauj & Gwalior identified as Gurjara. 2. Gurjar-Pratihars (Bargujar rajputs) of Alwar are different. 4/9
Now they want to delink Harsha from the Vais rajputs, Rashtrakuts from Rathores, delink my ancestor Rao Lakha from us Nadol chauhans, Anangpal from Tomar rajputs.
By misleading that "since Rajput word became common in 16th century, so the community/identity appeared then"5/9
Thus, using such lame arguments, they plan to disenfranchise us from our relations with our own ancestors, delink us from our pre-Mughal history & reduce us to a bunch of pejorative stereotypes.
They want to prove that we are inferior to them or later entrant than them. 6/9
Why Distort our History?
To incite prejudices against us, encourage institutionalised discrimination, create caste conflicts and finish us as a Social or political entity.
In short, to harm our people's Present & Future.

Who are they? Hindutvadis & Elite class of "liberal" & Sanghi power-brokers who wish to keep us suppressed. & a bunch of backward casteist leaders who were once given lands by Kshatriya leadership, but now they also want history/identity of our Clans. 8/9
Blessed are those communities that have no past, but only a future to look to. However, if you have a history, it is your duty to invest in history writing and preserve your history-heritage, lest it is used to harm your present and future. 9/9
