heard's lawyer claimed JD wanted to use sex related bombshells to distract people. meanwhile THEY sent asked johnny depp to provide a list of every time his body touched someone else's "genitalia, anus, buttocks" etc in the past 10 yrs

heard's lawyer claimed that JD was trying to skirt around covid rules, in reality they agreed to taking precautions. bredehoft is known for misrepresenting information & has been called out repeatedly for it.

the only person who submitted the same, clearly edited photo as separate exhibits, claiming they are entirely different pictures is miss heard. even the sun's expert in the uk confirmed that her photos have been modified.

there was a protective order in place so heard wouldn't have to testify publicly about her sexual assault claims. guess what happened? bredehoft, her own lawyer violated the order unprovoked and thus tainted the jury pool with making the allegations public.

while at trial we didn't hear most of jennifer howell's deposition, the unsealed documents contain more of the transcript. she confirmed that whitney heard told her that a. heard cut off depp's finger and that during the stairs incident, heard was the one attacking depp.

heard tried to serve gina deuters (uk resident) with a virginia subpoena. when deuters voluntarily agreed to be deposed, they stalled & tried to exclude her as a witness. during the trial, eve barlow (AH's bestie) presented false evidence to exclude her. interesting...

heard's expert based his opinion about depp's mental health on his performance as captain jack sparrow in pirates of the caribbean and cherry picked documents presented to him by heard's side. he admitted in his deposition that by rendering such opinions, he was being unethical.

heard's lawyers played dirty during the whole case.
they deposed a man with dementia even though it was clear that he could not remember anything that could be relevant to the case. including irrelevant witnesses was truly a signature move for them.
