I tried to find a way of using both the POS / POW chains, after the $ETH #Merge, that's 100% safe vs. replay attacks.
I would appreciate any (in)validation, from anyone more knowledgeable!
1) Before the merge, send assets from your main wallet "A", to a temporary wallet "B"...
2) Also before the merge, prepare an empty wallet "C". This will be the one you will be using on the POW chain.
3) After the merge, send all assets from wallet "B" to "A" on POS. And all assets from wallet "B" to "C" on POW.
4) Ensure no replay attacks up to this point ⚠️
... i.e. ensure that wallet "A" has all your POS assets, and wallet "C" has all your POW assets.
5) Continue using wallet "A" ONLY on POS, and wallet "C" ONLY on POW.
No replay attacks will be possible from this point on, b/c wallet "A" is empty on POW, and "C" is empty on POS.
P.S. All this is assuming you would want to keep using wallet "A" on POS safely after the Merge (as most of us will).
If that's not the case, then nothing needs to be transfered before the merge, and wallet "A" will instead be your "temporary" wallet...
... So, after the merge, send the assets to a new POS wallet, and to a new POW wallet (different address than the POS wallet!) - then continue using each one ONLY on that respective chain.
