#CHOCH and Flip are quite common among SMC traders but alot complain about being stopped out despite waiting for CHOCH confirmation on LTF

I will be giving you 3 reasons why this happens

Walk with me 🚶🏾‍♂️ 👇🏾

1. You are trading any CHOCH. . .

The only CHOCH you should trade are those at VALID POIs not just any POI.. valid ones
- the POI must sweep Liquidity,
- the POI must break structure.

If you want to know more about VALID OBs...
How to pick out the "PERFECT" OB etc

Great your are back... You are keen on avoiding Losses.

Let's continue 😇

2. You are BUYING above LIQUIDITY or SELLING below LIQUIDITY

Often time you see that price just stops you out before going in you direction...

This is because you are literally following the picture below which is practically a recipe for Losses

Which is wrong ❌❌❌❌

This is what you should be Trading instead except you like Losses

The Red Lines showing Liquidity (Structural Highs/Lows, Trendlines etc)

Don't worry I will show you Live Examples from the charts.

Now you see, I marked out
- the Liquidity
- POI above LIQUIDITY ( you sell above LIQUIDITY)

Now, imagine if I didn't look out for Liquidity... And took to lower POI
I would have been stopped OUT.

Now you can use the 1st or 2nd model.... But the 1st might enquire a bigger SL.

Here you see a CHOCH and then the POI/OB Is has not Liquidity Below it so it expected to be used as Liquidity (as I marked in the 2nd Image)

Using the 1st Model, here would have made my stop Loss (in Pips) outrageously large.

📍 Always look for the LIQUIDITY. 📍

Here you see a CHOCH and then the POI/OB Is has not Liquidity above it so it expected to be used as Liquidity (as I marked in the 2nd Image)

Note ⚠ Price may react from the LIQUIDITY only to sweep it some pips later... You have to be patient.

📍 Always look for the LIQUIDITY.

Ensure you RETWEET to help someone who is dealing with Losses despite TRADING with CHOCH
