how i digitally write & print my notes to fit in my binder !! 📒
🧵 a thread | #studyspo
︴page setup 📄
probably the most important step ! make sure that your paper size matches your binder’s paper
for margins, you have to just test & try how many inches ur supposed to leave space for when printing (´∀`)
for my b5 these are my settings:
︴gdocs format 📝
i personally use @riebisco ‘s gdocs template bc it’s so simple & practical, works even when i’m taking notes in the lecture !!
+just adjusted the font size to be 9pt so that when i print them later it won’t be too big ☻
︴printing setup 🖨
first, setup your printer so that when printing, the document size matches your binder/notebook’s paper
‼️ super important or else ur print might get cut off bc the default docu size is usually just letter/a4
personally, i have the epson l365 & to set it up i just downloaded the software on the official site !
+ go to printer settings & change document size
these are my printing settings !! ☻
i also saved them as a preset so whenever i have to print notes i can switch back n forth easily മ◡മ
hope this helps !! (´•̥̥̥ ‸ •̥̥̥`✿) been getting so many questions lately about my notes, printing, & more ☻
happy note taking !!
