A thread about the tangled web between #watfordfc and Mogi Bayat...
Mogi is a nickname, his real name is Arnaud Bayat. An Arnaud Bayat is the sole director and person of significant control (basically owner) of MB Foot UK Ltd (presumably Mogi Bayat Foot UK Ltd).
MB Foot UK had other companies involved when it was incorporated in the UK in 2019, namely Galzar Consulting and Cordis Holdings Ltd. Both of these companies were listed as persons of significant control of MB Foot UK for a few months before this was passed to Bayat.
Lorenzo Gallucci is a director of both Galzar Consulting and Cordis Holdings. Name ring a bell at all?
It should do if you pay attention to Watford's finances and group structure as he was previously a director of Watford Football Club's parent company Hornets Investment Limited.
And to top it all off, he was also a director of BGB Aurea Ltd, which seems likely to be a UK Branch of Aurea Group Ltd.
And who owns the wider Aurea Group of companies. None other than Raffaele Riva, our ex chairman who was given an indefinite ban from English football after the forged HSBC scandal.
So it appears that someone who was on the board of Watford's parent company was at the same time also heavily involved in two companies that for some time owned Mogi Bayat's only English registered company. Coincidence???
Also, no-one seems remotely interested but Scott Duxbury is one director of Hornets Investment Ltd. The other two are the chaps below...
A quick Google of their names shows that they are linked to Aurea Group too. So we had a chairman banned from English football but two people linked to his group of companies sit on the parent company of our football club.🤔
