#HayleeCummings has been #missing since August 9, 2022. It is believed that Haylee is in the #Cartersville, #Georgia area, possibly with Ryo Ratcliff. 🧵
On August 9th Haylee did not return home from school. Her parents immediately filed a report with police. The Muncie Police Department and the school Haylee attends failed to act quickly regarding her disappearance. Muncie PD did not issue a Silver Alert for 10 days.
Evidence was found soon after Haylee's disappearance. The evidence was not immediately investigated nor did Muncie PD know where it came from upon discovery of it being in their possession.
This is not Haylee's first disappearance.
On January 19th of this year, Haylee was reported missing after being lured out of state by Ryo Ratcliff. Ryo was charged with interstate trafficking and custodial interference. Haylee's family was granted an order of protection.
Six days after Haylee's January disappearance she was found in a vacant rental home owned by Ryo Ratcliff's parents.
Ryo also attempted to lure Haylee on a prior occasion, he wrecked his vehicle while in route to cross state lines to lure Haylee from her home.
We will not share the data we have collected regarding Ryo Ratcliff, however his online interaction with minor children is alarming.
July, 2022: the Bartow County DA dropped the charges against Ryo Ratcliff regarding the January offense. Shortly after the charges were dropped, Ratcliff began contacting Haylee again. We also now know that Ratcliff was in Muncie, Indiana shortly before Haylee's disappearance.
Haylee is still missing and believed to be with Ryo Ratcliff. Not everyone in this case is being cooperative and an individual in Cartersville is falsely informing people that Haylee has been found, as well as removing her flyers locally.
