Fascists have been heavily targeting left leaning and antifascist accounts, with a hit list of over 5k users circulating across various Nazi chats on Telegram.
The mass report campaign by right wingers to silence the left is pervasive and ongoing.
On Telegram, this message telling people to report accounts was posted in a channel with 23,000 members.
They were never about free speech.
Another antifascist account, @bonnotgalaxy, was suspended through mass reports this month.
This account was part of the coalition identifying extremists who participated in the deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville.
@BonnotGalaxy And here, an actual Nazi with H*tler numbers in his Twitter handle posted a video of automating reports and abusing Twitter's system.
Another research account @WANaziWatch has been suspended under Elon Musk.
Independent journalism outlet @IGD_News has been suspended by Twitter, in continuation of the removal of accounts by Elon Musk. This account was also targeted by Andy Ngo.
Matt Binder, who has been reporting on Elon Musk, has now been suspended.
