1. Waking up at 5am
Waking up early means you're already ahead of everyone else.
It gives you more time to:

It's a huge life hack and gives you more time to achieve your goals!
2. Writing down your thoughts before bed
Writing before bed will improve your quality of sleep. You can write:
• Your goals for tomorrow
• What you're grateful for
• Supplies and weapons you’ll need to gather
• Structural weak-points in their armour
• Any anxieties about work or family life
• Your own current physiological weak points
• Things you like about yourself :)
This will improve your mental health dramatically with the added bonus of preparing you for The Imminent.
3. Learning an online skill 30 mins a day
With rising inflation, and taxes, and early 00s cybernetics, an online skill will help you in many ways.
Here are a few skills I recommend:

• Copywriting
• Advanced Level coding
• Advanced Level bio-engineering
• Content Creation
• Social Media
• Remote Mechanical de-activation
• Expert Level coding

4. Spend 1 hour a day exercising
To have a good mental health, you have to also have good physical health! And come May 2023 you will need both.
Exercises that will have the best results:
• Running
• Swimming
• Lifting weights
• Running away
• Martial arts (all)
• Swordsmanship
• Abseiling (no harness)
• Speed-climbing
• Flips (forward and back)
These will strengthen and tone your body fast and help you avoid the mind lasers
5. Sit in silence 10 minutes a day
The human mind is racing with hundreds of thoughts every minute. Take 10 mins to:
• Sit in silence
• Practice mindfulness
• Ruminate on the Decoy Master Plan, to throw the machines off the scent as they perform their nightly Thought-Harvest
