◉ Details and attributes
◉ One club and one nation
◉ €10 million max price

Go on, get scouting and start signing.

Starting line-up:

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Goalkeeper

🇪🇸 Emerging full-back
🇧🇫 Ball-playing centre-back
🇫🇷 Dynamic centre-back
🇨🇿 Powerful wing-back

🇨🇭 Deep-lying passer
🇧🇷 All-action midfielder
🇮🇱 Quick-footed creator

🇦🇷 Exciting attacker
🇳🇬 Well-rounded striker
🇳🇴 Inside forward

Have a guess...

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Michael Cooper (1999)

◉ Position: Goalkeeper
◉ Club: Plymouth Argyle

Argyle through and through, Cooper is probably the best goalkeeper in League One. Solid already, room to grow, and has some unique traits in FM23. A good option for clubs higher up the English pyramid.

🇪🇸 Iván Fresneda (2004)

◉ Position: Right-back
◉ Club: Real Valladolid

Easy to get with a €750k release clause, Fresneda is a good-value prospect on FM23. Needs to be nurtured but has the makings of a good top-flight full-back, similar to his growing reputation in real life.

🇧🇫 Adamo Nagalo (2002)

◉ Position: Centre-back
◉ Club: FC Nordsjælland

For roughly €4 million, Nagalo is a must-buy if you're after a ball-playing centre-back. Good defender and composed passer with key traits and plenty of upside, Nagalo can be a cornerstone of your team.

🇫🇷 Maxime Estève (2002)

◉ Position: Left centre-back
◉ Club: Montpellier HSC

Big, athletic, flexible – Estève is a left-sided defender that can fit into pretty much any team, league and level. Being left-footed is the bonus. Montpellier will want about €10 million. Get him.

🇨🇿 David Jurásek (2000)

◉ Position: Left wing-back
◉ Club: SK Slavia Praha

Looking for a wing-back? If so, Jurásek is a good option. Has a lot of the basic skills to be an powerful presence down the left flank, defending 1-v-1, driving forward and delivering into the box.

🇨🇭 Ardon Jashari (2002)

◉ Position: Number 6/8
◉ Club: FC Luzern

Jashari definitely has some Xhaka-like qualities, not least captaining his club at a young age. Such a solid deep-lying passer profile already, one that could mix it in a top-five league straight away. Like him.

🇧🇷 Andrey Santos (2004)

◉ Position: Number 8
◉ Club: CR Vasco da Gama

Thrust through midfield is an important thing in the modern game, and Andrey Santos provides that in FM23. You can develop him into one of the best box-to-box players around. A ceiling-raising dynamo.

🇮🇱 Oscar Gloukh (2004)

◉ Position: Attacking midfield
◉ Club: Maccabi Tel-Aviv

Small and sharp, Gloukh has quick feet and an every quicker mind. Thrives in small spaces, insitgating all sorts of attacks. Starred at the #U19EURO this past summer and should be a FM23 favourite.

🇦🇷 Valentín Carboni (2005)

◉ Position: Wide attacker
◉ Club: Internazionale

Already involved at senior level with Inter, Carboni's FM23 profile is an exciting one. Multi-pronged attacker with flair and sharpness. You may need to be patient to get him, but he's worth the wait.

🇳🇬 Terem Moffi (1999)

◉ Position: Centre-forward
◉ Club: FC Lorient

For those managing lower or even mid-table Premier League clubs, Moffi should be a name on your shortlist. Impressively rounded in FM23, capable of fitting into any style or system, and won't break the bank.

🇳🇴 August Mikkelsen (2000)

◉ Position: Inside forward
◉ Club: Tromsø IL

If you miss out on Andreas Schjelderup, do not despair – here is a good alternative with a similar skillset at half the price. Not of the same potential but can be of the same value for certain clubs.

Starters done, substitutes next:

🇩🇪 Right-sided defender
🇸🇳 Hidden gem left-back
🇺🇾 Combative midfielder
🇵🇹 One of the next big things
🇲🇪 Bargain-price attacker
🇰🇷 Dynamic wide forward
🇷🇸 Another Serbian striker

Have another guess...

🇩🇪 Leandro Morgalla (2004)

◉ Position: Right-sided defender
◉ Club: TSV 1860 München

Starting every week in the German third division, Morgalla is already solid defender in FM23. Suits a wide centre-back role in a back three. Get him before the Bundesliga clubs swoop in.

🇸🇳 Amadou N'Diaye (2004)

◉ Position: Left-back
◉ Club: AS Pikine

A genuine hidden gem, mainly because you will need to load up west African players to get him in your save. €150k is all you need to get N'Diaye. That makes him an great obscure option for lower-level clubs.

🇺🇾 Fabricio Díaz (2003)

◉ Position: Deep midfielder
◉ Club: Liverpool (URU)

Another Uruguayan midfielder with an aggressive edge, Díaz has a well-rounded skillset as a deep-lying midfielder. Perfect for clubs in strong American leagues or lesser sides in Spain and Portugal.

🇵🇹 João Veloso (2005)

◉ Position: Central midfield
◉ Club: SL Benfica

Has the potential to be the next big thing to emerge from Seixal. Do-it-all midfielder that can grab hold of games to have an influence in every phase. Earlier you move for Veloso, the cheaper he will be.

🇲🇪 Viktor Đukanović (2004)

◉ Position: Versatile attacker
◉ Club: FK Budućnost Podgorica

May not have an especially high ceiling but definitely holds value for those managing in the smaller European leagues. €700k will get him, and he can be moulded a few different ways.

🇰🇷 Eom Won-sang (1999)

◉ Position: Right winger
◉ Club: Ulsan Hyundai

Fast and direct, put together a 12-goal season in real life, and looks just as effective in FM23. Moved to Ulsan at the start of the year but can still be got for about €2 million. Well worth that fee.

🇷🇸 Jovan Milošević (2005)

◉ Position: Centre-forward
◉ Club: FK Vojvodina

Top scorer at this year's #U17EURO, Milošević is the latest highly-rated Serbian striker. Has a bit of everything in FM23 but a little undercooked for our eye. Still a good-value prospect to pick up.
