Here are all the cool @figma illustrations created in #2022. I learned a lot of new techniques in order to achieve the result I wanted by using just Figma. Small recap below 🧶
Year started with Mirabel. I loved the #encanto movie so much I didn't stop creating it.
Learned: some new techniques for creating small details on cloth, especially that wool butterfly.
Turning Red: Love the color combinations and adorable face of panda.
Learned: Experiment with different technique to achieve the fur look.
Lightyear: The beloved character from Toy Story. Who could not love him.
Learned: Creating micro details on suit/armor quickly by just using strokes and layer shadows
Figish: The idea was to create a unique creature in Figma. I'm glad I was able to render it as I expected.
Learned: New techniques to achieve the lighting looks and micro sparkles using layer mode easily
Elemental: This was one of the best illustration I created so far.
Learned: It was quite challenging to create a water hand. Layer blur was all it took to create fire
FigTV: Another experiment with interactive components to create retro tv effect.
Learned: New techniques for separating video and image color channels.
Appicon: Why I love figma to create illustration.
Learned: I dived deep into Figma's features and compared it against other tools to share my love for Figma
Orbs: Create different shades of orbs
Learned: How to work with light and shadows to archive anything.
Turbo: Created this for my discord live workshop. Still in WIP.
Learned:New techniques to create light streak
