We have four different Yoga namely BhaktiYoga, JnanaYoga, KarmaYoga, and RajaYoga denoting the paths of devotion, wisdom, work, and techniques respectively.

All practices of all religions of the world must fall in one or few or a combination of these four Yoga.
I believe the question meant the Yoga Asanas.
These Asanas belong to third limb of eight limbs of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga which is the authority on the subject.

First two limbs prescribe the mental & physical disciplines. The very next is the Asanas. They are followed by Pranayama (vital energy using breath initially), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), Dhyana (meditation, in a way), and resultant Samadhi (no English synonym).

Now, a careful and relaxed Yoga Asana that is practiced along with a disciplined mundane life must get you into a meditative awareness. This is the original purpose of the Asana.
