1) ⚠️ FA CLASSES PART 2 HOMEWORK REVIEW⚠️

You were given the assignment to review 2 projects based on ''team background'' only.

• $ASTR
• $QUARTZ

Here's my review on how I work to make a project pass our ''FA analysis'' 🧵 👇

2) Our workflow is pretty much the same for all steps of our ''FA analysis''.

We visit the official twitter page (don't fall for fakes!) and do some digging.

Let's start with $ASTR first ↓

3) $ASTR

Almost every official twitter page has a link to the official website.

I either scroll through the account's timeline for more information or visit the website.

If I don't find either of these I use LinkedIn.

I quickly found the projects CEO @WatanabeSota.

4) A rundown on google search quickly revealed to me that the CEO was previously active in other well known crypto protocols and has prior experience in the field.

Outside of this including he and $ASTR have won multiple awards with him winning ''person of the year'' in Japan.

5) $QUARTZ

This project was a little bit more tricky.

I could not find any specific names on both their twitter page or official website.

I was able to find 5 employees on the LinkedIn page through a google search.

It's here where I found the founder Christiano T.

6) Since the first name isn't given I had a terrible time finding any real background info on him outside of the fact that he is currently working on 2 other business.

This is kind of weird since $QUARTZ is still fully up and running.

No google info = mostly low experience

7) When there's lack of evidence in the CEO I usually check on other team members.

A further rundown reveals 1 of the employees is an entrepreneur and another one a legal advisor.

It's only 2 for the dev side of things and there's also very little to google on these 2.

8) ⭐ Conclusion

$ASTR already got my convinced on the CEO alone.

Although I could have continued to the rest of the team, the credibility bar was already set.

$QUARTZ seemed overall lacklustre with lots of info missing which usually means the experience isn't even there.

9) A solid FA analysis doesn't rely on the team alone.

It's an entire checklist (we are currently at part 2) where we weigh positives and negatives.

It's here where $QUARTZ does not rank high while $ASTRS clearly does.

#ASTR is the clear leader.

10) Shoutout for taking the effort and posting your findings:

@Mark142405611
@Andy276250532
@crypto4lab
@0Konc

I know others who haven't commented also read and learn from these.

Participating is not a requirement at all but I did want to put some of these in the spotlight.

11) If you like these classes make sure to put on your notifications for the next upcoming ''FA SERIES''.

Know-how and analysis on market cap is next.

Stay tuned ⏰
