So Project Veritas put out this super lame post about why they got rid of James O'Keefe and it's full of holes that James covered in his Final Video to his Team. Do they really think people aren't going to listen to him and the facts?

@JamesOKeefeIII Put out the videos that was shared around yesterday that makes it clear that he thinks this is about Pfizer. Why else would the company be removing him from the company and going after him like this? Do they really think they are PV?

So Far @Project_Veritas has lost all the Followers and subscribers it gained during the Pfizer Expose. They dropped over 300k so far on @twitter alone and it's clear there is no sign of stopping. It's like the Board wants to complete ruin Project Veritas.

Patrice Thibodeau has been making videos on youtube talking about James and some rather interesting content. He's getting sued by Project Veritas for leaking infomration

I worked at Project Veritas. I was correct about James O’Keefe. He’s a POS. Reupload

Patrice Thibodeau's youtube channel is filled with videos talking about his beef with Project Veritas and seems like completely bad actor that was around as an employee. He seems to be trying to get some more fame after his porn star move

Patrice Thibodeau is also on twitter @jeanjacquelive were he seems to happy posting videos of himself jerking off and claiming victory in the James O'keefe battle. Could this be one of the employee's they are referencing? How about the lawsuits?

It seems @thedailybeast was all over this story a few months ago. Even going as far as saying "Project Shut-it-down". Kinda seems like an Operation with multiple parts

@Project_Veritas VS @jeanjacquelive seems to be still in litigation. The last thing we saw was Patrice Thibodeau getting enjoined by the court from talking and continuing to make videos. This was from 1/17/2023 out of New York

the court heard argument and reserved decision. The motions and petition are consolidated herein for determination. For the reasons stated below, the petition and Petitioner’s motion to seal are granted and Respondent’s cross-motion seeking dismissal is denied #ProjectVeritas

As you can see this case was happening right as the Pfizer Expose was released. The Arbitration was set for the time that @JamesOKeefeIII was told to be on leave with @Project_Veritas. Does anyone know what happened with his insane case?

On top of the Thibodaeu case we also had Gioia Vs Project Veritas case out of SD New York. This case is also still on going with and includes the Patrice guy as part of the legal case. It even has recent filings from lawyers requesting dismissal

Here we see that someone was sharing privileged information with the plaintiff who was clearly an ex-employee working against his court ordered injunction in another case. 2/14/2023 right around the time all this removal stuff is happening #ProjectVeritasisDead

Second Amended Collective and Class Action Complaint filed against Project Veritas we see some familiar names. NICK GIOIA, ANTONIETTA ZAPPIER, LEON SCULTI, PATRICE THIBODEAU, CASEY
FLOWERS, and DAN SCHUY. "Employees" the board is talking about?

Defendant Tom O’Hara, at all relevant times, was the Chief Financial Officer of PV. Defendant James O’Keefe, at all relevant times, was the Chief Executive Officer of PV. These two defendants, at all relevant times, exercised operational control over employees

Plaintiff Sculti generally worked between 45 and 60 hours per week throughout his
tenure at PV as Senior Video Editor, a supervised position, and then worked 7 days a week, for
more than 60 hours, when he became Field Operations Manager, also a supervised position.

In the aforedescribed May 29, 2019 meeting, a conversation was held regarding the history and potential consequences of Project Veritas’ knowing, misclassification of undercover journalists and video editors as independent contractor.

Everything here seems to be the other guy getting in on a labor lawsuit in New York city that is currently under motion to dismiss. I would be shocked if the investigation into James did not fully incorporate the current cases in legal fee's into the removal of O'keefe.
