Why did the @OhioEPA remove this document from their website? It is the 2/4/2023 pre-controlled burn Surface Water test results.

They took samples right next to the city water wells....

Why is this important? Because Sample ID EPD-SW-03-01-020423 taken on 2/4/2023 before the "controlled" explosion showed elevated levels of Benzo(a)anthracene and Chrysene right next to the Potable City Water Wells.

PRE EXPLOSION

It would be logical to conclude that after 150,000 gallons were spilled and immolated that much of this would up going to the creeks near the City Water Wells.

And since 2/4/2023 no one has produced a readable Surface Water Analysis. And this analysis has since been deleted.🤔

Sulphur Run creek runs from the wreck WEST and merges with Leslie creek just East of the City Water Wells.

When the EPA says "the wreck was 1.4 miles from the Water Wells" thats honest, but not truthful.

The toxicity came within 0.33 miles of the Potable City Water Wells.

But the @OhioEPA insists on not being truthful.

They are honest by saying "None of the wells are within 1.4 miles of the train derailment site."

If they were truthful they would say "toxic sludge came within 0.33 miles of our Potable Water Supply"

Slight omission ?

The EPA also says the wells are "98 feet deep" - thats not true. The pump length is 98 feet. It has 13 feet of screen.

The longest pump inlet is 85' from the surface.
The shortest is only 56' from surface.

How do I know? From this document here (p. 5): wwwapp.epa.ohio.gov/gis/swpa/OH150…

Conclusion - if you live in #EastPalenstineOH , get a lawyer. Download all of the documents I post. And sue the shit out of everyone.

I mean from the Governor all the way down. Someone knows all of this. And they aren't telling you. Im a dumb internet guy & I figured it out.

If there is a conspiracy between the EPA the contractors and the gov then it’s fair game. Sue them to oblivion.
