BRIBERY:
The Tates allegedly used their jail phones to phone at least two Romanian politicians with bribe offers.
One of their old videos also boasts of bribing Romanian border guards to help paying clients flee the Ukraine.
STATUTORY RAPE/DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR:
Irina - the girl that Andrew was fired from Big Brother UK over - may have started doing sex work for Andrew and/or been branded with a "Tate property" tattoo as early as the age of 14 to 16.
HUMAN TRAFFICKING:
The Tates boasted of moving refugees across the Ukrainian border into Romania by bribing border guards.
An investigation into whether any of their sex workers were also migrated into Romania illegally is necessary.
FALSE IMPRISONMENT:
The Tates bragged of confiscating passports from their sex workers, as well as disallowing some of their women to leave their home.

RACKETEERING:
Andrew Tate repeatedly boasted of mafia ties and his channels featured interviews with supposed mafiosi.
One of their friends, Tam Khan, has also been spotted with internationally wanted mobster and drug trafficker Daniel Kinahan.
FRAUD: Tate's transcripts include boasts of conning at least one Australian man out of $12,000.
This is likely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to potential fraudulent transactions related to the Tates' adult entertainment businesses.
WITNESS INTIMIDATION: It has been alleged that Sulaiman Ahmed, a journalist friend of the Tates, and others were recently sent to America to intimidate witnesses in the case.

The "body" boast is potentially more troubling than anything else #AndrewTate has said or done, as it involves a possible decedent (a dead person).
It needs criminal investigation.
It is not yet possible to know what charges might be brought without further investigation.
