There were originally planned to be 3 Avatar sequels, but during development Avatar 2 was split into two films and now there will be 4 avatar sequels. The reason that the Avatar 2 was split was because the script was too long and they didn’t want to cut it down for time.
The BBC said in an article, that the title of Avatar 3 would be Avatar: The Seed Bearer.
In February 2018, James Cameron said in an interview the title for Avatar 3 hadn't been decided at that time and this was one of the titles being considered for the film.
However Jon Landau told io9 that the titles "The Seed Bearer" will not actually be the title of the film.

Set photos of the Bio Lab set, a part of Bridgehead. Also there is another set picture with bed in it. These sets were not featured. In TWOW, so, they may be seen in Avatar 3.
BTS picture from Avatar 3, featuring Michelle Yeoh (Dr Karina Mogue) who is set to appear in the film. This picture could be hinting that Parker Selfridge will have a scene(s) with Dr Karina Mogue in Avatar 3.
Other set photos that seem to be from Avatar 3. The first image is from Empire magazine August 2022 issue. These images hint that spider may get and Avatar in Avatar 3.
In this Avatar 2 poster, Spider has additional markings on the top of his forehead not seen in Avatar 2. He is also wearing a Metkayina body garment and a necklace. We can speculate that the poster features Spiders designs from Avatar 3.
It is unlikely that Michelle Rodriguez will be appearing in Avatar 3. In this behind the scenes post from John, a producer for the Avatar franchise, he said that Michelle Rodriguez only came to the set for a visit and not to film anything.

In an Interview, for The Wrap on 13th Jan 2023, Stephen Lang says there will be a knife fight between Quaritch and Jake in Avatar 3. Stephen suffered a back injury while filming the scene and had to spend about 10 days in rehab.
