MANISHA VALMIKI - Hathras Gangrape & Murder verdict:
An absolute biased verdict based on deliberate overlooking of discrepancies in UP police investigation that involved 4 Hindu Thakur men to reach highly flawed decision shows that BJP doesn't really care about VALMIKI Dalits.

VALMIKI Dalits are very "weak". They are lagging behind. They still face untouchability and we (Upper Caste Hindus) need to change our mindset towards them.
19 year old Manisha Valmiki, was found by her family, bleeding and paralysed, her tongue split & her spine broken on 14th September 2020 in Hathras in Western UP. She had gone to fetch cattle fodder, when she was attacked by SANDEEP SISODIA, a Hindu Rajput & 3 other Thakur men.
4 Hindu Thakur/Rajput men dragged her aside & sexually assaulted her. When she resisted, SANDEEP, main accused pulled her dupatta (scarf), which twisted her neck, broke her spine, rendered her paralyzed & in struggle that ensued, she bit her tongue & laid bare on ground bleeding.
Cut to 2023.
A Special SC/ST Court & its judge TRILOK PAL SINGH gave following verdict:
1. Only SANDEEP is guilty. Rest 3 Thakur men are innocent & acquitted.
2. But SANDEEP is guilty NOT of murder & rape. He is guilty only of "culpable homicide" (a lesser offense than murder)
"NO Rape & NO Murder. Just an unintentional accidental mishap."
That above ☝️was crux of the decision of so called SC/ST court, which was so unbelievably insensitive towards brutalized SC girl.
It makes one think if the "Special Court" was really a designated SC/ST court ?
Back to 2020, when Hathras Case broke:
"Hathras girl was murdered by her own mother & brother", scremed this headline of "reputed" Dainik Jagran, Hindi daily.
In 2020, entire BJP IT cell & (Upper Caste Hindu dominated) Media went beserk on character assassination of Manisha.
AMIT MALVIYA, BJP IT cell head personally tweeting (in 2020) that Manisha Valmiki's family was refusing Narco test.
Narco Test for what?
To determine that Manisha Valmiki was having "affair" with Thakur boy, which angered them to kill Manisha in rage.
In 2020, "Prem Sambandh" (illicit love affair) was dominating tag line of Upper Caste Hindu dominated Media/Social Media that basically asserted that "loose character" Dalit girls are throwing themselves at innocent Thakur men, who then get implicated in "false" criminal cases.
"Saving YOGI"
Thakur Ajay Kumar Bhist, originally a native of Uttarakhand & former head priest of Baba Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur (UP/Nepal border) was BJP's "show case" CM in "show case" state of UP in 3rd yr of his first term.
His reputation had to be saved at any cost.
Shameless & brazen manner in which body of MANISHA VALMIKI was cremated without consent of her family defined cruel insensitivity of BJP & YOGI ADITYANATH regime towards Dalit community.
And both YOGI & BJP did this only because MANISHA was from VALMIKI community.

Who are they ?
In local language of Western UP, they are "Bhangan" (female for "Bhangi", a caste slur used for VALMIKI Dalits) who clean latrines of homes of Upper & OBC castes.
They are lowest in DALIT hierarchy of North India.

"Special Court" in dismissing rape charges in Manisha Valmiki's case relied on absence of semen in her Forensic Report. Special Court "ignored" the fact that there was delay of 11 (eleven) days in collection of sample.

This is statement of MANISHA VALMIKI made 7 days before her death in front of District Magistrate (Naib Tehsildar) Allahabad, Manish Kumar, which is akin to DYING DECLARATION in which she says that she was raped by 4 men.
Special Court REJECTED this too.
Why did "Special SC/ST" court reject statement of Manisha Kumari made on camera before Magistrate ?
Because "Special Court" felt that her statement (while she was wreathing in pain & struggling to breathe) was "TUTORED" due to "HIGH POLITICS" of the case & was thus unreliable.
"Special Court" essentially discredited (Dying Declaration) statement of MANISHA VALMIKI before Magistrate, where she mentions rape & murderous assault both. "Special Court" simply dismissed it all saying that she was "taught" by those around her to say so, due to "high politics"
These are 3 Hindu Thakur men (other than SANDEEP SISODIA) being released from jail after verdict.
You can see them smiling as they come out of jail, even as their families said that (festival of) Holi has come early for these 3 Thakur men & their clan.
This is Sudhir Chaudhary on Aaj Tak channel "celebrating" Special Court verdict by saying that Manisha Valmiki "changed" her statement to implicate 3 innocent Thakur men after being prompted by politicians (CONGRESS party) to malign (Yogi/Modi) sarkar.
ZERO POLITICAL COST FOR BJP:
YOGI ADITYANATH & BJP suffered ZERO political cost due to Hathras gangrape & murder case, which was highlighted widely by opposition politicians and activists both.
BJP won Hathras assembly seat with HUGE MARGIN, just 2 years later in 2022.

Yes, BJP'S Anjula Singh Mahaur (Hindu Jat) won Hathras Assembly seat by huge huge over one Lakh votes. He received 1.5 Lakh votes, while his nearest rival of BSP party received only 50,000 votes.

Valmikis traditionally supporter of CONGRESS party (and NOT BSP) have shifted to AAP in Delhi & to BJP in UP. In 2022 UP elections Valmikis voted in large number for BJP. Anoop Pradhan Valmiki is state revenue minister in Yogi government & part of BJP's Valmiki appropriation.
Having forgotten MANISHA VALMIKI as "bad PR incident", BJP & Yogi Adityanath administration are now enthusiastically "celebrating" Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti to further cement BJP's growing hold over Valmiki SC community in UP for 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

This as Manisha Valmiki's family lives in terrible fear & guarded round the clock by 30 CRPF men & literally imprisoned in their house in Hathras.
Lastly,
This is huge contingent of UP police escorting dead body of Manisha Valmiki in dead night of September 2020, which they cremated hurriedly, even as Manisha's family was locked in their house.
Manisha's body burnt all alone, entire night.
