2. His former aide @naomiseligman accused #EricGarcetti of ignoring complaints of sexual harassments against his political advisor Rick Jacobs.
How can such an ignorant person be deemed fit to serve as an Ambassador to India?
3. Garcetti also has close relations with the notorious Amnesty International which regularly peddles fake & biased news against India.
Amnesty is under the ED's radar in multiple cases of FCRA violation.
Garcetti's appointment can be seen as a step to revive Amnesty in India.
4. Eric Garcetti in his confirmation hearing even claimed that he will raise the "Human Rights issue in India" by engaging with the activists on ground.
He is not coming to India as a US diplomat but a US Agent to disrupt the law & order in India.
We need to be alert !!
5. Eric Garcetti also has ties with China's CCP.
In a major investigation it was revealed that a mayoral fund set up by Garcetti in 2014 received over $1Mn from two wealthy Walter Wang & Dominic Ng tied to CCP & its intelligence fronts.
6. At the time of donations both Wang & Ng were listed as “Exec directors” of two Chinese influence & intelligence fronts: China Overseas Exchange Association & China Overseas Friendship Association
Such deep Chinese relation of Eric Garcetti is enough to reject his appointment
7. Eric Garcetti also met & headlined events with members of multiple front groups serving the "United Front Work Department (UFWD), a CCP agency which “coordinates & conducts influence operations,” as per a report from NCSC.
How can we allow a Chinese agent to operate in India
8. Eric Garcetti is a Chinese agent whose appointment right before the 2024 Elections should raise eyebrows.
His statement on "actively engaging with on-ground activists in India" should not be taken lightly.
We should closely watch his activities.
