There's a bond hearing in superior court today for a decent number Stop Cop City defendants accused of domestic terrorism.

The prosecutors notes (without directly naming them) that there's a single 501c3 that's funding and causing much of the violence/arson

In that he specifically used the word "reimbursement" relating to the 501c3

He also states that many of those arrested have the same make & model burner phone. Also says that fliers were handed out at the 'concert' overtly stating that it "was not a music festival" but a protest

Further adds that there's been a significant amount of cooperation from some defendants.

When asked if one person was in a leadership role, prosecutors directly state that the leadership and those financing acts don't actually go into the forest

Many defendants had the Atlanta Solidarity Fund number on their clothing/body, and that the Fund is being investigated for their part in Stop Cop City criminality

Colin Dorsey - 25k bond
Maggie Gates - no bond
Priscilla Grim - no bond
Luke Harper - no bond

French National Dimitri Leny denied bond

Dual citizen (US/Italian) Mattia Luini denied bond. Prosecutors say according to customs and border patrol, Italian authorities consider him an Anarchist

James Marsicana gets a 25k bond. An officer from Charlotte described him as a known anarchist with a history violent interactions with officers

Kamryn Pipes denied bond

4 defendants received consent bonds, they may be part of previously mentioned people who are cooperating

Victor Puertas denied bond, he has an ICE hold and is illegally in the country and has previous riot arrests associated with Keystone Pipeline demonstrations.

Canadian national Frederique Robert-Paul denied bond

1 other got a consent bond and the hearing is over.

Another interesting bit

Prosecutors note that during the 2020 George Floyd riots a large group attacked the Georgia DPS building with molotovs. The group was using lasers, and they imply these were purchased by Atlanta Solidarity Fund people, w/ purchases tracked via ebay

They're now seeing the same make and model laser among people in the forest.

Andrew Carlisle is the only person arrested relating to that 2020 molotov riot. Atlanta Solidarity Fund posted bond for him.

Based on a 2020 filing the fund has millions in the bank.
