"Pty Ltd" is the postfix of companies registered in Australia - "Kick Streaming Pty Ltd" was registered with the ASIC in November 2022 - its only shareholder is Easygo Entertainment Pty Ltd (easygo.io) and its Director is Brais Pena Sánchez, the CSO of Easygo (2/5)
Easygo was registered just a few months earlier, in August 2022. Brais is also the Director of that company, but its majority shareholder is Bijan Tehrani (two thirds) with the remaining third owned by a company called Ashwood Holdings Pty Ltd (3/5)
Ashwood Holdings is owned wholly by Ed Craven. So it's not exactly a surprise, but it is now confirmed - Kick is owned by the founders of Stake (although not by Stake as an entity). This is what everyone had assumed; I'm just surprised nobody has said it officially yet. (4/5)
