“The Rosary is the ‘weapon’ for these times.”
— Padre Pio

Prayers offered in the opening & closing of our Live Rosary are optional, including the novena prayers. Use as many or as few as you like. Skip around, skip them altogether.

And there’s a Rosary you can pray on the blog, too.

Now a time of reflection before praying the Rosary.

God, come to my assistance.
— Lord, make haste to help me.

Glory be to the Father & to the Son & to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now & ever will be, world w/out end.

St Benjamin, pray for us!

God is for us a refuge and strength,
a helper close at hand, in time of distress:
so we shall not fear though the earth should rock,
though the mountains fall into the depths of the sea,
even though its waters rage and foam,
even though the mountains be shaken by its waves.

The Lord of hosts is with us:
the God of Jacob is our stronghold..

The waters of a river give joy to God’s city,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
God is within, it cannot be shaken;
God will help it at the dawning of the day.
Nations are in tumult, kingdoms are shaken:
he lifts his voice, the earth shrinks away.

Come, consider the works of the Lord, the redoubtable deeds he has done on the earth. He puts an end to wars over all the earth; the bow he breaks, the spear he snaps. He burns the shields with fire. “Be still & know that I am God, supreme among the nations supreme on the earth!”

The Lord of hosts is with us:
the God of Jacob is our stronghold.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit:
— as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ever. Amen.

Please pray for Pope Francis and his health. And for @CardJosephZen. And for the repose of the souls of Pope Benedict XVI & George Cardinal Pell, may they rest in peace.

- For priests and bishops, & other victims of anti-Christian violence wherever it happens, around the world.

vaticannews.va/en/church/news…

- For victims of any kind of violence here at home in the US, for any reason, by any person. We pray for the victims to be healed, or for the repose of their souls, & we pray for the conversion of those who committed the violence.

- For all those suffering from SSA and those affected by the gender agenda & the whole culture of death. Lord, heal them & bring them peace.

- For all friends of the #RosaryProject, here and on the blog. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are in my prayers!

-For all in need of prayer, those struggling with illness or debt or loss, those who have asked for prayers & those who have not. Lord, You know what they need. Divine Physician, in Your mercy, bring them Your healing & peace.

- For those who have lost their lives in senseless crimes committed by those with evil in their hearts & minds. Lord, bring healing to the broken-hearted left behind.

Lord, help us to grow closer to You as Holy Week draws near. May we remember our brothers and sisters in our prayers, and their needs in our practice of fasting, charity and almsgiving.

In the Name of the Father,
and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

St Benjamin, pray for us!

The Rosary proper begins at the top of the hour. I hope you’ll join me. Add your intentions, too, if you are moved to do so. God bless you!

In the Name of the Father,
and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

St Benjamin, pray for us!

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, you have deigned to come to Fatima to reveal to the three shepherd children there the treasures of grace hidden…

(There’s a place in this prayer for your personal prayer intention.)

(For those who don’t believe, we pray…)

I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ,
His only Son, our Lord…

For the Holy Father

Our Father Who art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy Name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us…

For an increase of Faith, Hope, & Charity in our souls & our world

Hail Mary, full of grace.
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
& blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us now
& at the hour of our death.

(Glory be, here and at the end of each decade.)

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.
