These are the charges consolidated from the Trump Indictment.
A few things stand out.

Every single charge is related to a Michael Cohen Invoice, which he sent almost monthly. Most months looked like March: Cohen sent an invoice (felony). Trump Org. made a ledger entry (felony), and then Trump Org. cut a check (felony).

The February Cohen Invoice stands out with two Trump Org. ledger entries, and thus two Alvin Bragg Felonies.

Are these duplicate entries? A Jan. and Feb. combined invoice with 2 entries, maybe, but then why not charge the other January felonies? Corrected entries? Or one original entry and one updated (or for Bragg, fraudulent) entry, thus showing intent?

Cohen's April invoice wasn't paid until June. This is unlike the Trump Org., which in other months paid very quickly (usually the same day or next). Any reason?

Bragg's indictment continues with the May payment in Counts 11, 12, and 13, which come after the April Cohen Invoice and the June Payment (which make up counts 8, 9 and 10, due to late payment).

March, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November all look like December, with regular monthly Cohen invoices, ledger entries, and payments for services (3 automated recurring felonies per month #financialcapital).

The Trump Statement of Facts talks a lot about David Pecker and Karen McDougal, but they do not appear in indictment, at all. In fact, the SoF explains Cohen's payments were fluffed up, but seemingly had nothing to do with McDougal or Pecker.

Bragg provides no explanation for how he will beat the felony statute of limitations (5 years). If the indictment is facially insufficient, is there something happening under seal that tolled the SoL?

Bragg gave virtually no explanation of the state (or federal) election laws Trump was violating under his concealment theory, and barely mentioned it in their press release.

Cohen is not credible, and Trump has documents and witnesses to prove it. What is left? No wonder Bragg hurried out of the room.
