Dr. Cockle goes over the drift towards what @PardyBruce, in previous testimony, characterized as the 'administrative state'. In this case, unelected bureaucrats can redefine the regulations and to suspend physician licenses prior to launching an investigation.

Dr. Cockle then cautions that Bill 36 allows for legislation to be brought in from other jurisdictions, like Switzerland and even from rule making bodies like the @wef & the @WHO.

Dr. Cockle says that the Premier of BC has prevented our legislators from reading the largest bill in our province's history, then ends by highlighting the lunacy of British Columbians thinking that the province, which is the offender, will fix the problem.
